I started taking Biotin and a multi-vitamin everyday. That worked for me...my nails are so much stroger now.
you should go to the salon and get that thing that stogens your nials ! stong hold nail polish
sally hansens hard as nails works very very very good. my mom used it and her nails were hard as rocks and didnt break easily. try it. keep it on, but every once in a while take it off for your fingernails to breath. and never use fake fingernails! never, never, never!!! the nail polish comes in colors now. not just clear. check it out!!!
