Peeling nails?

ok so i have been putting nail polish on a lot lately and ever since then my nails have been peeling.





is this because of the nail polish?Peeling nails?
how long does it take before you remove the nail polish and put a new coat?





when nail polish stays too long on your nails, it either turns your nails yellow or results to peeling. Also, use a base for your nail polish. It's usually the colorless type before you put the colored coat. Then don't let it stay on your nails for more than a week. It dries up your nails too.Peeling nails?
always use a base coat before you paint them.
I believe nail poilsh has a bit af acidity to it so It could be from it...I'd lay off the polish awhile and see if it gets better.
put on a protective coat b4 u paint ur nails

apply eyeshadow
