Nail polish remover for sure. Peeling it off just scratches up your nails and there's still leftover bits on. It looks sloppy. Nail polish remover on a little cotton swab takes the nail polish off cleanly, making the nails looks smooth and normal. The chemicals also don't harm your nails, cuz they are being rubbed off, remember.Is it better to use nail polish remover or to peel it off?

peeling it off also peels off layers off you nail. after using nail polish remover, put a blob of lotion on your nails (NO DONT RUB IT IN!! JUST LEAVE IT AS A BLOB!!) the lotion strengthens your nails and makes them grow faster and healthier!!

nail polish remover gets it off faster... if thats what you mean...im not really sure of the question. if u use nail polish remover use a scrap piece of felt instead of a cotton ball, it gets it off a LOT faster, trust me!
