Soft, Peeling Nails?

I have soft, peeling nails. I take daily multivitamins and biotin, but they still peel and they look horrible all the time. ANY SUGGESTIONS?Soft, Peeling Nails?
Sally Hansen nailgrowth miracle.

it claims to make them grow faster-thats a lie

but it does make them super strong. my nails don't peel at all anymoreSoft, Peeling Nails?
Mine are brittle and splitting.. get some cuticle cocoa butter use it twice daily, moisturize your hands each night, get the Sally Hansen hard as nails or no more breaks formula. Also make sure your nail polish remover does not have acetone in it (it was hard to find but I found it when I found the cuticle cocoa butter) acetone can really wreck havoc on nails.

Remove the hard as nails every 3 days and reapply.. Yeah its a hassle and you won't see improvement for weeks but nails grow slowly and you have to get the damaged ones to grow out first.
You need a little more nutrition, how your nails look are a good way to tell how healthy you are, (i dont mean if they are polished) But you might need some iron or drink some milk. Multivitamins dont do the same thing veggies, fruits and milk do....
sally hanson hard as nails fingernail polish :]]

it comes in many colors and it about $6.00

and you can find it in just about any store
Hard nail polish sometimes work.

Never chew you nails and never use a nail filer on you whole nail.

Drink milk and allways take you vitamins.

ANd you nails will be pumpn

good luck!!!
i have the same problem, but i find using a nail hardner or even just a nail polish for a few days tends to harden them up !!! :-)
Try taking calcium or magnisium. You could put nail hardener on them? hope this helps.
Use nail hardener polish
use Hard as Nails they make your nail harder to prevent them from peeling, chipping, and splitting in half.
I used sally hansen nail harder
go to a manicure place and ask.
