i dont bite them...i peel them...i tried to just STOP but i start doing it and i dont even notice i am...how can i stop!?How can i stop peeling my nails?
I used to do that too, and I noticed that I only did it when I was bored, so I found myself something else to do, like squish a stress ball or click a pen or something, and eventually a broke the habit.How can i stop peeling my nails?
