Nail polish peeling off?

whenever i polish my nails, i usually get an uneven coat, or some of it ends up on the skin around my nail, and then it ends up peeling off. how do i get it on perfectly?Nail polish peeling off?
Apply it on clean nails, rub them with a nail polish remover without oil or with rubbing alcohol, use a base coat, then 2 coats of your nail polish, then a top coat. I recommend Orly or Sally Hensen. A good nail polish is easy to apply. if you put your polish on your skin, just take a stick with a cotton pad (which you might be using to clean your ears) with some polish remover and rub the excess polish away. there are also special pencils for that. also you might need a quick drying polih to cover it all so you don't wait for a long time. it can also fix your polish for a longer time(special top coat, or 2 top coats - pne fixes, the other dries). you can also use oil to make your polish dry faster (on top of ALL layers).

How to apply color: rub the brush once on the edge of the bottle with polish and start applying in the middle, then on the sides, make 3 stripes from root to the end. also pause for a sec at the root to make the polish get on the nail in a nice line. you might be taking too much polish on your brush if you get it on your skin. paint slowly and you'll get great manicure. also if you can't cope with it all buy a nail polish with a special wide brush to apply the polish in one movement, not in 3. Bourjois makes it, also Sally Hansen.
