hi,how are you? i used to work at a nail salon.do you want to try silk-wrap? silk-wrap is that your finger-nail will be wrapped by material, such as glue.the material is used to make your finger-nail strongly.if you are not interested in it, you can try nail polish. it is called NAIL TEK 11. i think you can find it at any nail salon if they sell. What's the best treatment for thin peeling nails?
Eat Jello or jello Pudding 3 times a week. You will have beautiful finger and toe nails in 2mos.
I have a similar problem. See the dermatologist and get a prescription for a steroid lotion. It really helps!!
eat loads of jelly...yummy!!!!!!
Don't know about the best treatment. But nails aren't made of calcium. They're made of protein -- keratin -- so calcium supplement will be worthless.
Clear iodine... works wonders, but hard to find. Apply it to your nails like nail polish.
